No promises, but I’m going to try and post a few things over the rest of the summer. I just renewed the domain, so it seems like I should at least make an effort, right? Right.

Upcoming: A few VDCC Radio posts, as well as a Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince review. I also have some reviews laying around that never made it here, so I will do what I can to get those up as well.

Happy Summer, Everyone!

conundrumIt’s good to be in the groove of Christmas break, and I hope all of you out there who are on some sort of break are enjoying it as much or more than I am.  I’m hoping I will be able to use what free time I have left to give some much needed attention to VDCC and Adamant’s Fire.  In the few free moments I had in the last semester, I began contemplating the scope of VDCC very seriously.  This contemplation fixated almost immediately on the two most underdeveloped categories of this site: books and music.

I’m going to officially declare VDCC.net as inactive until October 18.  All movie and video game reviews will resume then.  If I have a moment to spare, I might jot something down, but I have a thesis to write by next Monday and the GRE on October 18.  I’ll also pick up the TOP 30 Animated Films countdown.

Thanks for your patience.

I’m sorry about missing two Top 30 updates in the last two weeks, but my keyboard on my laptop is broken (well, just the “H” key, but do you know how many of those you use in a sentence?), and my desktop is currently being built.  I’m effectively without a computer besides the one at work, and my boss is very much anti- “personal computer time”.  As soon as I have a way, I’m going to post both of the last two Top 30s, a new article, and a few reviews that I have planned and in some cases written.

Thank you all for your patience!

This is a quick apology for the lack of a Top 30 post this week.  My status is somewhere between traveling sideshow and vagrant, and when went home this week, I left my master list at home – thus preventing me from gracing you with my wonderful opinions and offending you by leaving out your favorite childhood film.  Such is my life, eh?

Expect more announcements soon, as well as more reviews.
